The Fashionista

Sandwiches are a lot like people ya know.  Some are kind of simple, some are sweet, some pack a little heat and some are high maintenance.  We’re not saying that’s a bad thing it’s just a fact of life.  This sandwich is actually a build your own created by Chef Mindy’s Stylist Eddie and let’s face it if you know him you’ll understand what a beautiful mind it came from. Some of us require a little more attention than others and “The Fashionista” is one of those people in sandwich form.  We throw a little of this and a little of that at it and it can take it all!

In this masterpiece you’ll come face to face with our house made pimento cheese, house roasted turkey, bacon and sun dried tomato mayo grilled on Bluff View Bakery Seeded Rye.  It then gets drug though the garden with the addition of lettuce, tomato and red onion to complete the masterpiece.  We know, we know…it sounds like too much.  BUT we also know that there really isn’t such a thing as too much when it comes to a sexy high maintenance beast like this!  You’ll have to trust us.  This sandwich is AMAZING!
