It’s always a little sad when we realize that Summer is at it’s end. Vacations are winding down and reality smacks us in the face. Come winter we’ll be longing for sunny days and somehow completely forget the insanely oppressive humidity we get to enjoy here in Chattanooga. But WAIT! Turn that frown upside down and escape with us to a sunny island on the Mediterranean coast if just for this one week.
We’ve combined tuna, fresh veggies & kalamata olives in a citrus vinaigrette and paired it with end of summer tomatoes, crisp red onion and peppery arugula on Bluff View Bakery Honey Wheat. There’s a lot going on here but trust us, it works! So be sure not to miss this week’s special. It’s the closest we’re going to get to the Greek Isles…for now!
